Lori Pudliner

Finance Specialist

Lori Pudliner is the Finance Specialist in Nutrition Services. Her philosophy is that relationships are what matter most. "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel" ~Maya Angelou. She earned a BA in FACS (Family and Consumer Science) from UNC. Lori's entire career has been focused around children, whether caring for them in a home day care, insuring students have textbooks to learn to insuring their little bodies have nutritious meals to be the best they can be in life.


Having lived in CO, KS, NM, and TX as well as South Korea, Lori is grateful for family, friendships and new experiences. In her free time, Lori enjoys cooking, interior decorating and spending time with her grandchildren.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
