The Nutrition Services Department has its sights on improving the nutritional quality of meals. We utilize scratch cooking and using raw, whole ingredients instead of highly processed foods. In order to choose better ingredients and cooking them from scratch, we constructed a central production kitchen at the District 6 Service Center. As we move forward, we want to move forward as a community and together provide our students with the delicious and nutritious meals they deserve.
