Johanna Bishop, MS, RDN, SNS

Johanna Bishop is the Nutrition Education Specialist in Nutrition Services, focusing on bringing Nutrition Education into the classroom. She believes that teaching children how to cook and make healthy choices will benefit them for their whole lives. Johanna has also earned the School Nutrition Specialist certification and is a strong advocate for the benefits of school nutrition programs.

Originally from Iowa City, Iowa, Johanna graduated from Colorado State University with a Masters Degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Johanna’s lifelong hobby of cooking and baking for others led her to the path of becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Johanna lives in Fort Collins with her ultra-running husband Brad, and their two puppies, Widget & Pepper.
