Cameron Herritt, MPH, RD, SNS

Operations Coordinator

Cameron Herritt is the Nutrition Operations Coordinator for District-6. He believes in the right to healthy, wholesome meals for every student and is always willing to jump into a kitchen to help. Cameron holds a master’s degree in Public Health from Colorado School of Public Health and a Master’s Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Marshall University. Additionally, he is trained in Culinary Arts by Johnson and Wales University and received his bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Appalachian State University.


Cameron has been immersed in cooking and culinary arts throughout his career, including hospital dining in North Carolina, fine dining restaurants in Utah and Colorado mountains, and Colorado school kitchens. He is a published research author in school nutrition food waste. He enjoys cooking, hiking, and DIY activities in his spare time.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
